VAT Refunds for non-EU Businesses
A refund of VAT on services (conference registration, training) can only be granted to Business entities which are domiciled outside of the EU. If you are planning to apply for a refund of your VAT please make sure that your registration is purchased through your employer. Only Business to Business transactions will be granted a refund of VAT, Business to Consumer transactions are not eligible for a refund on services.
VAT Reclaim for EU Businesses
Organizations and businesses resident in the EU have to reclaim the incurred VAT electronically in their own member state. The resident member state will forward the VAT refund claims electronically to the tax authorities in Denmark.

Visas and Invitation Letters
Conference participants requiring a letter of invitation in order to attend the conference should contact email@example.com. Please include the following:
- Full name and complete mailing address as it appears on your passport
- Registration confirmation number
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Fax number if applicable
- Passport Number
Please note this procedure assists participants who need a visa or permission to attend the conference and is not an official invitation covering fees or other expenses. A letter of invitation does not imply any financial support from the conference.
All information provided during the registration process is used for the conference only. We do not sell or in any other way let third parties get access, unless approved by the attendee. The conference mailing list is used to communicate up-to-date information on XBRL conferences and closely related events. Should you wish to stop receiving this information by email, just let us know and we will remove your email from the conference mailing list.
All cancellation requests must be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Full refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received via email before July 15, 2017. Cancellation requests received between July 15, 2017 and August 15, 2017 will be subject to a €600 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests after August 15, 2017. “No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee.
